Erie Hunt and
Saddle Club
Who We Are

If you haven't heard of us, we are a non-profit organization of
approximately 200 members, founded in 1962 for the promotion and
enjoyment of equestrian activities.  We own 50 acres on the corner of
Eureka and Old State Roads in Franklin Center, just outside Erie, PA.
We are easily accessible from Interstate 90 and 79.

Our facility is comprised of two large sand arenas, permanent stabling for
100 horses, running water, club house with kitchen, both permanent and
portable sound systems, stadium fences and a cross country course that
can support novice through intermediate levels.

We hold a number of horse-related events per summer, including two
USEF recognized Horse Trials, USEA registered.  In addition to the shows
we offer clinics throughout the year, contribute to area charities, support
our local Pony Club and 4H Clubs.

EHSC general membership meetings are held on the third Tuesday of
each month and are open to anyone.  Our programs include lectures,
films, demonstrations and activities involving all aspects of the horse's
health, care and riding.
